Every visit covers the full living area: kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms cleaned and descaled, floors vacuumed and mopped throughout, dusting, mirrors, trash out with recycling sorted correctly, and beds made if you want them made. It is the whole house, not a rotating half.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included: vacuum, mop system, cloths and products. If you prefer specific products because of allergies, pets or a sensitive floor, tell us and we use yours or buy the equivalent. Homes with young children and pets are our normal case, not an exception.
Can I pause service during leave or a TDY?
Yes, just tell us a week ahead and we pause without charge. Long absences are normal in this community, and a contract that penalizes you for a four-week trip home would be a bad contract. Your slot is held for your return.

Is German VAT added to the monthly invoice?
No. We are a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, so no German value-added tax is charged on any invoice, monthly or one time. The rate we agree is the amount you pay, and there is no VAT form to arrange for each billing period.
Will the same person always clean my house?
Yes, that is how we assign work: one cleaner per household, so they learn your home and your preferences. If they are sick or on vacation, a trained replacement follows the same written scope, and you are told in advance rather than finding out at the door.
