Three situations account for most of our deep cleans. Moving into a home the previous tenants left in mediocre shape, where you want the kitchen and bathrooms genuinely reset before you unpack. Spring cleaning after a winter of closed windows and heating dust. And coming back from a long TDY to a house that has been closed up for weeks.

What a deep clean includes
Everything in a standard clean, plus all of this:

Deep clean or move-out clean?
They overlap but are not the same. A deep clean is for a home you live in, so we work around furniture and your belongings. A move-out clean targets an empty home against an inspection standard, with documentation and a pass guarantee attached.
If you are PCSing, book the move-out service, not the deep clean. It costs a similar amount and includes the guarantee and the inspection-specific items that actually decide your result.

How long does a deep clean take?
For an average three-bedroom home, plan a full day with a team of two. Kitchens and bathrooms take the largest share, especially oven interiors and limescale removal. We give you a time window when we confirm the flat rate, so you can plan the day around it.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Many families give us a key, logged in a written handover protocol. If it is your first time working with us, being home for the start is a reasonable way to walk through your priorities, then leave us to it.

Can you deep clean just the kitchen and bathrooms?
Yes, and it is a common request, since those two rooms carry most of the work. We quote them as a partial deep clean at a lower flat rate. Tell us the room count when you book and we will price it accordingly.
Is carpet cleaning included?
No, carpet cleaning is a separate service with different equipment and drying time, quoted per room. It combines well with a deep clean, and doing both on the same visit saves a second appointment. Mention your carpeted rooms when booking.
